The Travel Smart App is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. Travel Smart app is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

For each visitor to use the App, we expressively collect the following non-identifiable information , including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the App, page access times and referring website address, SDK/API/JS code version, Internet service provider, platform, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, iOS ad identifier (IDFA), Android ad master identifier, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the session start / stop time, the location of the language, the time z one. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this App.

The information shared with third parties is solely restricted information relating to the Google Ads Network, with information such as; location, device type and relating industry that determines which adverts are to be shown on the App. No other information is shared with third parties.

To improve our product and provide you with better service, we also share personal data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this privacy policy. In such cases, these companies must abide by our data privacy and security requirements.

Our Policy Toward Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
